1. The abnormal noise emitted by the tensioner pulley is usually a continuous rustling sound. At this time, the bearing of the belt tensioner pulley has to bear relatively large lateral pressure. Therefore, when the car owner chooses to rotate the bearing of the tensioner pulley by hand, If you hear a slight abnormal sound or jamming in the bearing of the tensioner, it means that the bearing of the belt tensioner has been damaged. Therefore, when the car owner hears abnormal noises when driving the car, the belt tensioner should be replaced immediately.
2. Since the belt tensioner is a belt-driven tensioning device, when the center distance of the belt cannot be adjusted, the belt can be tightened by the belt tensioner. Therefore, the  belt  tensioner can change the wrap angle of the tensioner pulley and control the tensio n  force, so that it can press on the follower pulley .
3. Pay attention to two aspects when using the belt tensioner: on the one hand, the tension of the belt tensioner cannot be too small. If it is too small, it will not only cause the belt to slip, but also reduce the friction between the belt and the working pulley ; On the one hand, the tension of the belt tensioner should not be too large. Excessive tension will not only cause damage to the belt, but also increase the load on the belt.
