It can be used as   water reducer in concrete , the water reducing rate is 8-9%. And it also can be used as retarder,   early strength agent , air entraining agent,   Road dedusting , Mineralbinder ,pumping aid agent and so on. If you want to used in cement, also can be cement grinding agent.
