Production Process

1 , order tape: is the raw material of the steel belt before processing. Steel mills supply according to customer demand.
2, calendering: calendering machine will roll plate like rolling noodles, know the thickness of the roll plate and the required pipe after calendering. A coil plate generally can only press a thickness.
3, annealing: because the roll plate after calendering, the material distribution is not uniform, physical properties are not up to standard, toughness is not enough, so the need to annealing - go through the furnace with 1000 degrees high temperature again, so that the normal stainless steel properties.
4, strip: according to the size of the outer diameter of the pipe needed to produce, strip, divide the large plate into different widths.
5. Pipe making: Put the vermicular steel belt into the pipe making machine with different pipe diameter molds for production, roll it into the corresponding shape first, and then weld it.
6. Polishing: after the pipe is welded into shape, the surface is polished by a polishing machine. The original black surface is polished by a polishing machine equipped with wax, hemp wheel and cloth wheel and cast into bright silver color
