Q : What is the certifications you have?

Q : Do you accept ODM OEM?

A : Yes,We accept ODM and OEM according to customers' request. We will do your logo and package of brands

Q : What payment you accept?

A : We accept Western Union,Paypal, alibaba order assurance, TT, L/C.

Q : MOQ for the product?

A : Our normal product MOQ is 100pcs, we can accept trial order for you to do the marketing.

For OEM Brands. Our MOQ is 1000pcs.

Q : What is your sample policy? Will you offer free sample?

A : For new customer, We cannot offer free sample. Usually, customers pay our air fryer samples and shipping at the cost of their own. But we will refund the sample cost after bulk order confirmed to us, And once you become our regular customers, we will offer free samples then.

Q : What about the Lead time?

A : 3-7 days for sample,5-30 days for mass production.

Q: What is the after-sale policy?

A: We offer one year warranty, and we will offer free spare parts to you. If any manufacture multifunctional problem. We will send the extra items along in your next order.

Q:What functions the air fryer have?

A: For digital mode, It usually has functions as following: Pre-heat, French fries, Meat, Drumsticks, Steak, Cake, Shrimp, Fish, Pizza, Vegetable, Reheat, Dehydrate,  for mechanical mode. It has two buttons for temperature and time, You can set as you wish.
