To adapt the development thread of automotive accessory products with dedicated, customized and unitized, we combined characteristics of automotive products, focus on research and development of automotive bearings and related parts,  hub bearings, tension bearings, clutch release bearings, steering bearing, water pump bearings (WB series, WR series), vane pump retaining ring, spherical roller, cam blocks, and other auto parts .

DESIGN STRUCTURE
1. INNER RING, OUTER RING, STEEL BALL: Bearing rings manufactured with high purity special bearing quality steel;
2. CAGE: Glass fibre reinforced polyamide cage;
3. SEALING RINGS: 1. Inner rings with V-shaped groove; 2.Seal ring with triple-lip contact design
4. GREASE: Synthetic oil (base oil)+Polturea-based (thickener) grease;
5. OD with expansion nylon ring or "O" shaped rubber ring
Motor Bearings

Application:
1. High-speed running of bearings inner ring;
2.Temperature of operating environment above 120ºC;
3. Surrounding of bearings with water vapor,dust;
4. Contact with mud some times;
5. Soak in water in special time;
6. Use in high-temperature and alpine region;
7. High requirement of limiting speed;
8. Operate inside a magnetic field, prone to have white flaking;
9. Can withstand operating conditions both of rapid acceleration and rapid deceleration.
Performance:
1.   The sealing performance requirements; do not allow water, vapor or dust leak into bearings;
2.   Bearing requirements of high performance high speed;
3.   High and low working temperature from -40ºC to 180ºC;
4.   Low starting torque; the light contact seal;
5.   The use of long life; in accordance with the requirements of more than 1000h.

Design Structure:
1.    Sealed with tri-lips light contact structure-having supper sealing performance, and suitable for high-speed operation;
2.    Using engineering plastics cages with oil reservoir structured-effectively increase the lubrication capability of bearings;
3.    Optimize the groove curvature of outer ring and the raceway of inner ring-suitable for high-speed and reduce axial movement;
4.    Some bearing`s OD with nylon expansion ring or [O"-type ring-prevent creeping.
