HITAKOL 2-Part DGU Double Glazed Glass Units Secondary Sealant

HITAKOL ZK812  DGU  Sealant  is intended for use as secondary sealant in dual-sealed insulating glass units. ZK812 DGU Sealant is a two-part formulation. The base (Part A) is a smooth, white paste. The curing agent(Part B) is available in black or gray and is a pourable liquid. Once catalyzed, the material cures to a high modulus, silicone rubber that is intended for IG applications.

APPLICATIONS:
ZK812 DGU Sealant is intended for use as secondary sealant in insulating glass units of non-structural assembly. Such as insulating glass for doors and windows; Insulating glass for ordinary exposed frame glass curtain wall.

PACKAGING INFORMATION:
Base(Part A) and Curing agent (Part B) are packaged separately.
Base(Part A):200L iron drum, net volume is 180L
Curing agent (Part B): 20L plastic pail, net volume is 19L

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
ZK812 DGU Sealant should be stored in the original sealed containers at or below 27°C. Both the base(Part A) and the curing agent(Part B) have a shelf life of 12 months from date of production.
