2-Part Silicone Sealant for Dual-sealed Insulating Glass (IG) Units Secondary Seal 

ZK812 Insulating Glass Silicone Sealant  is intended for use as secondary sealant in dual-sealed insulating glass units. A primary seal of polyisobutylene is required to prevent moisture vapor transmission into the airspace in the insulating glass unit. ZK812 Insulating Glass Silicone Sealant is a 2-part formulation. The base (Part A) is a smooth, white paste. The curing agent(Part B) is available in black or gray and is a pourable liquid. Once catalyzed, the material cures to a high modulus, silicone rubber that is intended for IG applications.

ZK812 Insulating Glass Silicone Sealant is intended for use as secondary sealant in insulating glass units of non-structural assembly. Such as insulating glass for doors and windows; Insulating glass for ordinary exposed frame glass curtain wall.

Base(Part A) and Curing agent (Part B) are packaged separately.
Base(Part A):200L iron drum
Curing agent (Part B): 20L plastic pail or iron pail

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE:
ZK812 Insulating Glass Silicone Sealant should be stored in the original sealed containers at or below 27°C. Both the base(Part A) and the curing agent(Part B) have a shelf life of 12 months from date of production.
