TP640-220/400 Water Swelling Polyurethane Sealant

TP640-220/400 are a one-component, water-swelling elastomeric sealant. 

It is based on the prepolymer of polyurethane and contains a special water-

swelling unit. It has elastic rubber sealing water and double-sealing sealing

mechanism of water expansion and water-stopping after water. It is suitable

for waterproofing of concrete construction joints. Anti-leakage of various

types of embedded c omponents.

Special Characteristics

1. Good water-stopping effect: it has the elastic sealing water of rubber and the double sealing water stopping mechanism of its own volume expansion and water stop after water, and can resist water pressure of 2.5Mpa.

2. Good expansion: high expansion rate, reaching more than 220% or 400%.
3. Convenient construction: single component, glue, standard caulking gun can be used.

4. Construction tight & close: It can be firmly attached to the concrete surface regardless of whether the base surface is wet, smooth or rough.

5. Safe and environmentally friendly: safe, non-toxic, it is an environmentally friendly product in contact with drinking water.

6. Cost-effective: The performance is better than the traditional construction joint waterproof material, such as steel edge rubber water-stop glue or tape, the price is reasonable.

1. Railway tunnels, road tunnels, urban subways, underground structures of buildings, sewage treatment tanks, etc .

2. The construction joints of various underground structures are waterproof.

3. The underground structure is watered after the pouring.

4. All kinds of pre-buried pipelines, through-wall steel bars, H-beams, pile caps and other waterproof.
