Feature:
A new generation of mild skin-friendly emulsifier derived from natural plant-based olive oil. It does not contain EO and can form a self-emulsifying system;
Weakly acidic olive oil derived from natural olive oil, low sodium salt content (<0.5 ) with a high affinity with the skin;
Use within the range of pH 3-12; reduce irritation.
Water-soluble olive oil is derived from the water-soluble functional oil of olive oil. It can be used in water-based care products to reduce skin irritation and tightness, provide excellent fat-rich effect, and good moisturizing properties.
It can form a liquid crystal structure, which is very easy to spread, and obtains a refreshing, silky feel and long-lasting moisturizing;
Good skin affinity, easy to absorb, because olive oil is the oil with the highest skin affinity among all natural oils. Natural waxy oils can introduce active ingredients into the skin. The unique network structure can contain a large amount of oils and prevent the oxidation of oils.
It has excellent moisturizing ability and can enhance the elasticity and lubricity of the skin.

Application:
Olivem 1000 emulsifying wax is used as the main emulsifier in O/W emulsion, and it is compatible with various raw materials commonly used in cosmetics.
The recommended dosage is 2-8%, depending on the formula.
It is easy to operate and can be used alone with this emulsifier;
How to work?
Step1. Heat the oil phase to 70-75°C (if it contains wax with high melting point, the temperature needs to be higher), and mix the water phase and heated to 70 ºC, under the condition of rapid stirring, directly add the oil phase to the water phase slowly, or add the water phase to the oil phase, continue to stir quickly for a few minutes, and slowly cool under stirring conditions;
Step 2. The final The consistency is formed after 24 hours (the viscosity is 20% higher than the viscosity just finished).
Note: The mixing process will affect the final viscosity. Low-speed mixing will form a lower viscosity and a layered structure, and rapid mixing will form a more inconsistent structure.
The particles are smaller but still stable.
