Storage and Shelf Life

Surface Preparation
Clean all joints removing all foreign matter and contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, water, frost, old sealants, surface dirt, or glazing compounds and protective coatings.

Application Method
Apply GB563 in a continuous operation using dispensing guns. Before a skin forms, tool the sealant with light pressure to spread the sealant against the joint surfaces.

Limitations  
GUIBAO 563 should not be applied:
  1. As structural glazing sealant
  2. As mirror silicone sealant or mildewproofing silicone sealant
  3. To the surfaces requiring painting on sealant
  4. For continuous water immersion
  5. To underground joint
  6. To asphalt surfaces
  7. When surface temperature below 4ºC or over 50ºC
Safety Information
  1. GUIBAO 563 is a chemical product, not edible, no implantation into body and should be kept away from children.
  2. Cured silicone rubber can be handled without any risk to health.
  3. Should uncured silicone sealant contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment if irritation persists.
  4. Avoid prolonged exposure of skin to uncured silicone sealant.
  5. Good ventilation is necessary for work and cure places.
