3.As an aid in the treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) in broilers and replacement flocks; or for the prevention of CRD at the time of vaccination or other stress.
 
4.As an aid in the treatment of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens in broiler chickens. Turkeys As an aid in the treatment or for the prevention of infectious sinusitis.
