Assembly and precautions
The assembly sequence of the fuel injector is reverse to the disassembly sequence, but the following points must be noted: 1. When assembling the needle valve body coupling, align the locating pin with the injector locating hole. 2. Tighten the nozzle cap nut to the specified torque, and the torque is 42-50N/m. 3. Pay attention to the force of the pressure regulating spring. 4. The screw in depth of the adjusting screw shall be appropriate.
