Incoloy020 is a high-nickel deformable austenitic stainless steel with high resistance to H2SO4 and HNO3 and its mixed acid corrosion. It is an alloy based on iron and nickel. Incoloy020 alloy has good corrosion resistance and has been widely used in the chemical processing industry.

Incoloy020 chemical composition:
1. Carbon C: ≤0.06,
2. Silicon Si: ≤0.80,
3. Manganese Mn: ≤1.0,
4. Nickel Ni: 36~38,
5. Chromium Cr: 19~20,
6. Molybdenum: 2.0~3.0,
7. Iron Fe: 36~38,
8. Copper Cu: 3.0~4.0,
9. Niobium Nb: 0.5~0.7.

American Standard: incoloy020, Alloy20, No8020,
German standard: 2.4660, nicr20cumo, Nicrofer3620NB.

Incoloy020 corrosion resistance: good corrosion resistance in concentrated sulfuric acid below 50 degrees. It is not recommended for use above 50 degrees. It is not an ideal material for wet-process phosphoric acid and HCl. It has poor resistance to intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion.
