ZYS rotary table bearings are axial/radial cylindrical roller bearings, are composed of two thrust roller bearings and a radial cylindrical roller bearing with the combination of axial and radial preload. For the convenience of transportation and mounting, use two or three symmetrical fixing screws to fasten the two shaft washers in order to prevent collision between rolling elements and rings, and avoid bad influence on bearing accuracy. This kind of bearing can support great radial and axial pressure and overturning moment with high rigidity, so it is especially used for large rotary table and large turntable.

The features of ZKLDF series rotary table bearing  ZKLDF150  :
ZKLDF  series turnable bearing  has the characteristics of low friction, high rotation accuracy, high limit speed, etc. It can withstand higher axial and radial loads and has higher  i nclined stiffness. These bearings are suitable for  axial and radial combined  loads and precision applications, and are widely used in machine tool rotary tables, grinding heads, and various test equipment.

Limiting speeds: ZKLDF series rotary table bearing  ZKLDF150   allows the limiting speed given in the dimension tables. The operating temperature that occurs depends largely on the environmental conditions. The calculation can be performed by thermal balance analysis based on friction torque data.

Bearing preload:  After the bearings are installed and completely fixed with screws, they are radially and axially clearance-free and preloaded. 

Temperature differences:  The temperature difference between the shaft and the bearing housing will affect the preload of the radial bearing, which in turn will affect the working performance of the bearing device. If the shaft temperature is higher than the housing temperature, the radial preload will increase proportionally, so the load on rolling elements, bearing friction and bearing temperature will increase. If the shaft temperature is lower than the housing temperature, the radial preload will decrease proportionally, so rigidity will reduce, and bearing clearance and wear will increase.
