Product Introduction
Stainless steel plate is an alloy steel with smooth surface, high weldability, corrosion resistance, polishability, heat
resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. It is widely used in various industries and is an important material
in modern industry. Stainless steel is divided into austenitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, martensitic stainless
steel, and duplex stainless steel according to the structure state.

Stainless steels are rolled into sheet,plate and coil to be used in:Construction,decoration,elevator door, food industry, convey belt,stairs,Machine etc.

The corrosion resistance of stainless steel sheet mainly depends on its alloy composition (chromium, nickel, titanium,silicon,aluminum, manganese, etc.) and internal structure, which plays a major role in the chromium element.Chromium has high chemical stability, can form passivation film on the steel surface, make the metal isolated from the outside world, protect the steel plate from oxidation, increase the corrosion resistance of the steel plate.The corrosion resistance decreases after the passivation film is destroyed.

2B Finished by heat treatment , picking or equipvalent cold rolling , followed by skin pass to obtain adequate luster surface.

BA surface finished is Bright heat treatment after cold rolling.

Hairline referred to as "the HL",it's grain as fine as hair, straight and continuous, delicate with oil paints on

the surface. It has slightly lower reflective rate than satin stainless steel.

Mirror finish is produced by progressively using finer abrasives and finishing with extremely fine buffing compounds. Mirror finish is also called 8K, No.8 and polish finish, which is the most reflective mirror finish with high quality to similar as glass mirror. The final surface is blemish free with a high degree of image clarity and is the true mirror finish.

No.4, also called #4, satin or directional finish, is an unidirectional finish obtained with a 100-400 grit
abrasive depending on requirements. High grit numbers create finer polishing lines and more reflective finishes.

1. The hot-rolled stainless steel plate has low hardness, easy processing and good ductility.

3. The mechanical properties of hot-rolled stainless steel plates are far inferior to cold processing and second to forging processing, but they have better toughness and ductility.
