Applicable Scope:

Wet high gradient magnetic separator can be used in wet beneficiation for particles below 1.2 mm (30~100% passing 200 mesh) of fine-grained liberated red ore (hematite), limonite, manganese ore, ilmenite and other kinds of weakly magnetic minerals, and can also be  used  for removing of iron impurity and purification of non-metallic minerals, such as silica sand, feldspar, nepheline ore, kaolin. 

• The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, reasonable structure, less magnetic leakage, and high background magnetic field, up to 1.8T.
• The excitation coil adopts a layered three-dimensional winding structure, which can make the evaporative cooling medium fully contact each part of the coil, which greatly improves the heat dissipation capacity of the coil. Advanced structure and reliable work.
• Using a cooling medium with high insulation and suitable boiling point improves the electrical insulation performance of the coil.
• Using the principle of thermodynamic phase change to cool the coil, the heat dissipation efficiency is high, the working temperature does not exceed 48 ºC, and the temperature distribution is uniform, without local hot spots.
• The evaporative cooling self-circulation system has a small difference between cold and hot magnetic fields due to its good self-adaptation and self-adjustment capabilities, and the coil working temperature is not affected by the external environment.
• The long-term operation of the coil under low temperature rise greatly slows down the aging speed of the coil, prolongs the service life of the magnetic separator, and the operation is safe and reliable.
• The coil is fully sealed structure, which can adapt to various harsh environments.
• The sorting efficiency is high, and it has a wide range of adaptability to the fluctuation of the feed size, feed concentration, and feed grade.
• The rich ore ratio is large and the recovery rate is high.
