1. How can I get a quotation from you?
Send us your inquiry in details including the model no., quantity and favorite shipping way, our professional sales representative will reply you in full within 12 hours on work days, and no more than 24 hours during weekends or holidays.

2. May I order some samples to test before formal order?
Yes, you are welcome to make sample order for quality and flavor testing before your formal order to us.

3. Can I have free samples?
As per our sales policy, you are required to pay for the samples first and then we will return you the full cost from your first formal order to us.
 
4. May I have my own logo on products and customize packaging?
Most of our products are distributed and sold under our great original brand VOOBAR. But if you insist on your own brand and have good volume demand, we can do OEM for you.

5. What's the lead time of formal order?
