2. May I order some samples to test before formal order?
Yes, you are welcome to make sample order for quality and flavor testing before your formal order to us.

3. Can I have free samples?
As per our sales policy, you are required to pay for the samples first and then we will return you the full cost from your first formal order to us.
 
4. May I have my own logo on products and customize packaging?
Most of our products are distributed and sold under our great original brand PeakBar. But if you insist on your own brand and have good volume demand, we can do OEM for you.

5. What's the lead time of formal order?
It usually takes 10~15 working days around after you confirm every details of the order, the specific lead time will be confirmed according to your exact order and requirements.
 
6. Where is your factory and can we take a visit tour at your factory?
