Packing & Shipping 

Packaging:
In order to prevent the product from being damaged and leaked during transportation, and to prevent the pollution of the product from the external environment. The company has strict requirements on the packaging of products.
If the customer has no requirements for product packaging, it will be packaged in the form of 2 layers of transparent self-sealing bags + a layer of aluminum foil bags + a layer of carton. In a sterile environment, put the product into a transparent self-sealing bag and seal it with a vacuum sealer; then put it into the second layer of transparent self-sealing bag, exhaust the air and seal it well; finally put it in an aluminum foil bag and seal it with a sealer . After the above steps are completed, the goods will be packed into customized cartons for shipment.
If the customer has requirements for product packaging, then we will do our best to package the goods according to the customer's requirements.
 

Shipping:
The company has two shipping channels:
1. The company has cooperated with many well-known express companies such as Fedex, DHL, EMS, etc. We can use one of the express companies for delivery according to your choice. However, since our products are chemical raw materials, each country has different requirements for imported chemical raw materials. After understanding the information, we will provide you with the safest choice.
2. The company has the Door-to-Door transportation mode of the air freight line. After the goods arrive in the destination country, they will be cleared by a professional customs clearance bank. After the customs clearance is completed, the goods will be handed over to the local express for delivery. Since we hire a professional customs clearance company, customs clearance is efficient and safe.

A:Yes, we can supply the free sample, but the shipping cost be paid by our customers.

A:Our MOQ is 1 kg. But usually we accept less quantity such as 100 g on the condition that sample change is 100% paid.

Q4:How to ensure quality?
A:We will make some small samples before mass production. After the samples are tested, we will produce in large quantities. 100% inspection during production, and random inspections before packaging.
