Acrylic acid is an organic compound with chemical formula of c3h4o2. It is a colorless liquid with
pungent smell. It is miscible with water and can be miscible with ethanol and ether. It has active
chemical properties and is easy to polymerize in air. It can be reduced to propionic acid by
hydrogenation and added with hydrogen chloride to produce 2-chloropropionic acid. It is mainly
used to prepare acrylic resin.

Acid CAS 79-10-7 application:
Main application areas:

(1) The warp sizing prepared from AA, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, ammonium polyacrylate and other raw materials has a capacity of desizing and saving starch than the polyvinyl alcohol sizing.

(2) The adhesive uses copolymerized latex such as acrylic acid, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, etc., which can be used as an adhesive for electrostatic flocking and flocking, with good fastness and hand feeling.

(3) The water thickener is made into high molecular weight powder by copolymer of acrylic acid and ethyl acrylate. It can be used as a thickening agent in oil fields. It can increase the production of 5Chemicalbook00t crude oil per ton of product, which has a better oil recovery effect on old wells.

(4) Coated paper coating agent uses acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, styrene and other quaternary copolymer latex as the coating paper coating, color retention, no yellowing, good printing performance, no sticking to the roller, Good styrene butadiene latex can save dry cool element.
