  RETENTION AND DRAINAGE

The bridging flocculation of polyacrylamide can significantly improve the retention rate of fine matter and filler in the paper making process, and speed up the water filtration of paper material in the paper machine mesh. In the particle flocculation system, CPAM is added to form large floc, which is dispersed into small floc under the action of shear force, and then cationic microparticle colloidal silicon is added, which can react with small floc to synthesize a dense and more dehydrated fine flocculation system, so as to achieve a higher retention rate, good uniformity and water filtration performance, and improve the sheet forming and product quality.

 
 
REINFORCEMENT

DISPERSION ,FLOCCULATION AND OTHERS


The main dispersing agent is cationic polyacrylamide with low molecular weight, which can effectively improve the uniformity of the paper. Amphoteric PAM is a good flocculant in the paper industry, and its unique ability to form hydrogen bonds with a multi-substance system of amide groups can be dispersed in water particles adsorbed together into clumps of flocculation, in order to promote the settlement and filtration of particles.
