A:   Total free warranty service of Starye products is one-year(Artificial damage and incorrect use is not included).

Q3:  Do you provide sample ?  

A:   We can offer samples for testing, nut normally you have to pay its shipping charges.

Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q5:  How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. 
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
