Ulinastatin is a chemical whose chemical formula is 3-(furan-2-yl)-2, 4-dioxaloxa [5.5] undecarbon-9-ene.  It can be used in clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis, chronic recurrent pancreatitis, also can be used for the rescue of acute circulatory failure.  
 

Matters needing attention

(1) People with a history of drug allergy, food allergy or allergic constitution should be used with caution.

(2) When this product is used for acute circulatory failure, it should be noted that it cannot replace the general shock therapy (infusion, oxygen inhalation, surgical treatment, antibiotics, etc.), and the administration should be stopped when the shock symptoms improve.

(3) Note when using: avoid mixing this product with gabate or gelobin preparations.  This product should be used immediately after dissolution.
