1. Scope of application;
Applicable scope: gold, copper ore, cyanide tailings, roasted gold concentrate, sulfuric acid slag, lead-zinc slag, anode mud and other gold-bearing materials;
Applicable process: heap leaching, pool leaching, carbon slurry process, etc.
2, product form: powder or granular;
3, dissolution method: fully stir with water at room temperature, to be completely dissolved after use;
4, adjust alkalinity: generally use lime or caustic soda to adjust and maintain PH value 11.5;
5. Calculation and dispensing:
The dosage can refer to the amount of sodium cyanide, it is recommended to carry out beneficiation tests to determine the best use conditions. (For example, the common gold oxide ore of about 1-2g/t, the product concentration is generally maintained at 0.3-0.8‰, according to different ore grades and impurities content appropriate adjustment);

7. Other matters:

2, due to the fast speed of gold leaching, it is recommended to regularly detect the content of precious and lean liquid, PH value and concentration of beneficiation agent;
3, hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate and other strong oxidants are not recommended to be mixed with this product (can be pretreatment), in order to prevent the consumption of part of the concentration agent;
4, in the complex ore pretreatment, the use of ammonia, sodium sulfide, potassium ferricyanide, lead nitrate and other by-products do not reject the gold leaching of this product;
5, a small amount of black slag after dissolution does not affect the leaching effect;
6, this product and sodium cyanide used at the same time will not be rejected;
7, carbon pulp method of gold leaching, "oxygen rich leaching" link has adverse effects on the product.

1. Required instruments: 1 1000ml brown volumetric bottle,1 100ml brown drop bottle,1 100ml beaker,1 25ml brown burette,1 10ml fat belly pipette,1 suction ball; 100ml acetone solution, 1000ml distilled water.
2, reagent preparation: (brown glass bottle storage, pay attention to avoid heat and light);
Indicator: After the whole bottle of A-like (red) reagent is completely dissolved with 100 ml acetone, it is transferred to 100 ml brown drop bottle to avoid light and store in closed storage for use;
Test agent: After a whole bottle of B sample (white) reagent is completely dissolved in about 100 ml of distilled water, all of it is transferred to 1000 ml of brown brown volumetric bottle, and then add distilled water to hold the volume to 1000 ml, shake well, avoid light, sealed storage for use.
3. Operation steps:
1) Use a 10ml pipette to accurately absorb 10ml of the solution to be tested into a 100ml conical bottle, drop 5 drops of indicator, shake well (yellow);
2) Use a pipet to inhale 10ml of the test agent for titration; During titration, shake well while dropping, and observe the change of the color of the solution until the solution changes from yellow to light red as the end point, and read the consumption V (ml) of the dropped test agent;
3) Calculation of the result: the concentration of the product (‰) ≈0.4 x V (for example, if the test agent consumed is 0.5 ml, the concentration of the mineral concentration in the solution to be tested is 0.2‰, that is, 0.2‰).
