What is Carbidopa ?
Carbidopa was a white villous crystal. Almost odorless. It is used in combination with levodopa for Parkinson's disease and Parkinsonism. Bioactive Carbidopa((S)-(-) -carbidopa)monohydrate is a peripheral decarboxylase inhibitor that can be used for the study of Parkinson's disease. Carbidopamonohydrate is a selective aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) modulator. Carbidopamonohydrate inhibited pancreatic cancer cell and tumor growth. |
