The internal magnetic system adopts neodymium iron boron magnetic blocks, which have strong magnetic force, large magnetic permeability depth, and low demagnetization rate.
The bottom of the pipeline inlet is equipped with a wear-resistant grating, which is filled with self filling materials. The materials rub against each other, and the grating is almost non worn, making it impossible for the inner wall of the pipeline to be worn through.
There are wear-resistant ceramic sheets inside the pipeline that come into contact with the material, which are firm and do not fall off, making the body wear-resistant and increasing its service life.
There is a baffle inside to slow down the impact force of the material, while also ensuring uniform distribution of the incoming material, preventing material blockage, and maximizing the contact between the material and the magnetic separation zone, maximizing the iron removal effect;
The internal baffle can also slow down the impact of materials on ceramic sheets, greatly improving the service life of wear-resistant ceramic sheets, and avoiding the trouble caused by frequent replacement.
