Application
Suitable for the air supply system at top of the spraying-baking booth, painting factory and   baking finish house  to ensure a high degree of cleanliness and air-distribution uniformity. Traps small dust particles and preventing pollution of paint.
Advantages
In accordance with different diameter and density of filter media, we use non-woven way and produce with rolling stitch which is multiple directional and layer gradient.
 Density of fibers increases gradually, which will block particles of various sizes in different density. It has a high dust-holding capacity.
Low cost together with long service life, will keep original shape under definitive air flow.
Different melting point of exterior and interior of the composite fiber makes connection points between fibers are firm and tight, not easy to fall off.
There are fully-viscous (three-dimensional treatment with glue), semi-viscous (surface treatment with glue) and non-viscous (no glue) filter to choose from.
Can be with galvanized steel or aluminum alloy frame, or add metal mesh as supporter to effectively prevent deformation under high-speed airflow.
Fireproo f   class: UL-900 Class 2.
