Performance and Application:
CAB is an amphoteric surfactant with good cleaning, foaming, and conditioning effects, and good compatibility with anionic, cationic, and non ionic surfactants.
CAB has small irritation, mild performance, and delicate and stable foam. It is suitable for shampoo, bath gel, facial cleanser, etc., and can enhance the softness of hair and skin.
When CAB is mixed with an appropriate amount of anionic surfactant, it has obvious thickening effect, and can also be used as a conditioner, wetting agent, bactericide, antistatic agent, etc.
CAB has a good foaming effect and is widely used in oilfield exploitation. Its main role is to make full use of its surface activity as a viscosity reducer, oil displacement agent and foam agent to soak, penetrate and strip the oil in the oil-bearing mud and improve the third recovery factor. It can be used to prepare metal anti rust detergents and paint stripping agents.
