For after-service, to minimize the downtime, we offer air delivery for the spare parts under guarantee within 5 working days. Our professional technician team will offer support on trouble clearing and maintenance.

After-sales Service
- One year Warranty for Everun machines, in thi stime, if there is any parts broken by quality problem, we will arrange to send you new parts by DHL for free.
- Enough parts stock in factory and cooperate with direct DHL, we can guarantee customers can received the spare parts within 5 working hours.
- In order to make a better service for European and Australian customers, we set up Everun Europe in Germang in 2014 and Everun WA in Australia in 2023 for technical tranning center, pats warehouse and other supports.

What Payment terms would you accept? 
Normally we accept L/C, or /T 30% down payment, balance to be paid against BL copy and loading pictures.
 
What is your delivery time?   
For standard machine, the delivery time is Within 25-35 days after receiving the down payment.
