Ethyl 2-phenylacetoacetate, also known as ethyl   α-phenylacetoacetate, is an important pharmaceutical chemical raw material, mainly used in the synthesis of the fourth and fifth generation of new cephalosporin antibiotics indispensable intermediates.Sodium ozagrel is a thromboxane synthetase inhibitor, which can inhibit the formation of TXA2, so it has the effect of anti-platelet accumulation and vasodilation. Animal experiments showed that intravenous administration could reduce plasma TXB2 level and the ratio of Keto-PGF12/TXB2, inhibit platelet aggregation induced by different inducers, and prevent cerebral infarction caused by middle cerebral artery in rats.
