Product Description
  Dibutyl phthalate  is a plasticizer.
It has strong solubility to many kinds of resins.
Mainly used in PVC processing, can be   endowed with good softness of products. Because of its relatively low cost and good processability, Dibutyl phthalate is widely used in China, almost equal to DOP. However, the volatility and water extraction are relatively large, so the durability of products is poor, and their use should be gradually restricted. Dibutyl phthalate is excellent plasticizing and strong gel ability of nitrocellulos e. Used in cellulose nitrate coatings, has a good softening effect. Stability, flexibility, adhesion and   waterproof are excellent. In addition, Dibutyl phthalate can also be used as plasticizer for polyvinyl acetate, alkyd resin, ethyl cellulose and chloroprene rubber, as well as for the manufacture of paints, adhesives, artificial leather, printing ink, safety glass, celluloid, dyes, insecticides, perfume solvents, fabric lubricants, etc.
