Mini-pleated HEPA FILTER (GEL-SEAL HEPA for Pharmaceutical industry)

Features:
The mini-pleated Absolute HEPA filters preform better than traditional separator pleated HEPA filter on aspects of air flow, initial  resistance, and dust holding capacity. The design of concentrated pleats could prolong the service life and decrease the  pressure drop. Mini-pleated HEPA filters are suitable for pharmaceutical clean rooms, operation room/ surgery/ ICUs

Filter media:
The HEPA filter media is high density ultra  fine glass fiber paper which is well pleated  and assembled into frame, separated by hot  melt glue instead of traditional corrugated  separator. This design minimizes the resistance  occurred while the air flow passing through  the filters. The gaps between the frame and  the media are well sealed by sealant to avoid  leakage.

Application:
Mini-Pleated HEPA Filters are widely used for terminal filtration in extremely high cleanliness requirement  environments, such as electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals,  hospitals and food processing, etc.
