Product Description

CNBr Actived Chromrose ®   4B is a desertification-activated agarose medium with a highly crosslinked 4% agarose matrix, which is branched with macromolecular sugars for higher specific surface area and better biocompatibility. The affinity packing synthesised in this medium avoids interferences between proteins and between proteins and fillers, resulting in higher loading capacity on the same basis. It is suitable for customers who cannot buy commercial products. It is suitable for customers to make affinity packings according to their own needs by coupling antibodies or proteins when commercial products are not available.

 

The main features of CNBr Actived Chromrose ®   4B are as follows.

1. Coupling load up to 12mg/mL HSA, in the 37 ° C accelerated aging test, 10 days, no significant decrease, has good physical and chemical stability.

2. Operation is simple and fast, can be self-coupled antibody or protein, according to their own needs to make affinity packing.

 

Application Scenarios: Coupling of proteins, peptides and nucleic acids.
