I ntroduction
Magnetic  grate tubes is designed to extract ferro-magnetic metals contamination from all liquids flow type .the basic elements the magnetic grate separator in housing consists of are magnetic tubes (made from stainless steel). While the material flows around the magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field (generated by the neodymium NdFeB magnets inside of the tubes) traps all metallic particles on the surface of the tubes.It is suitable for removing iron from powdery materials in the fields of cement, building materials, chemicals, coal,food, plastics, refractory, and in conjunction with the various storage bin, dust catcher and other equipment.

--  Easy to install and clean.the frame comes with flanges at top and bottom for easy positioning and a quick-release swing bolt that provides access for cleaning purposes. 
--  All kinds of sizes could be designed as required.
--  maximum working temperature from  -80 °C to 200°C
