5. Function and Application:
As a food enhancer, it has a similar effect as vitamin B1. It can be used in infant foods, the dosage is 210~250mg/kg; the dosage in drinking liquid is 25~30mg/kg.
Inositol is an essential vitamin for lipid metabolism in the body. It can promote the absorption of vitamins and hypolipidemic drugs, promote the metabolism of fat and cells in liver and other tissues, and is used for the adjuvant treatment of fatty liver and hyperlipidemia.
