The sawdust granulator is a machine that compresses the crushed wood into rod-shaped particles with a diameter of 8-12 millimeters through mechanical and physical compression. It is well formed and has high density. The compressed particles can replace coal as fuel.

Q: What is your production time? 
A: The production time depends on the machine you order. It usually takes 45 days. 
Q: What documents can you provide? 
A: We can provide invoices, packing lists, contracts, instructions, customs declarations, certificates of origin, CE. If the customer needs other documents and specifications, please confirm with the service staff. 
Q: How will you deal with quality problems in the equipment? 
A: We will be responsible for all quality problems. We'll check the machine to find out the problem. If you need parts, I'll send them to you. 
Q: How long is the warranty?
