Brief introduction of complete feed pellet production line:

1. Wood pellet production lines include wood grinder, dryers, wood pelletizer and other machines.The wood pellet machine is a biomass new energy device. The wood granules are made of eucalyptus, birch, poplar, fruit wood, bamboo chips and crop straws, and the finished wood chips are produced by pulverization, drying, screening, granulation, cooling, packaging and the like. Its finished products are used in biomass power generation, boilers, fireplaces, etc.

2. All machines will be controlled by electric cabinet under working condition

3. The whole line needs 2-3 workers to operate.
4. With the successive and rational technological process.
5. The line has the advantages such as compact structure, small floor space, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

Note:  If the raw material has a high moisture content of 25%, it needs to be dried before granulating.    Rotary dryer/air dryer are most commonly used

1): Suitable for processing different kinds of raw material:
wood, logs, wood chips, palm fiber,straw,rice husk, oak, pine, corn stalk, waste wood, waste wood pallet, sawmill plant waste wood, wood sawdust etc.

2): Final different size wood pellet:
Diameter of final wood pellets: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc.
Length of wood pellet: Adjustable
