Product Description

P-chloro-m-xylenol is an organic compound with the molecular formula C8H9ClO. It is chemically stable and soluble in alcohol, ether, polyglycol and other organic solvents and strong alkali aqueous solutions. Usually under storage conditions will not be inactivated, is a broad spectrum of anti-fungal antibacterial agent, most gram-positive, negative bacteria, fungi, mold have killing effect, it can be used as anti-fungal antibacterial agent widely used in disinfection or personal care products, such as dandruff shampoo, hand soap, soap and other hygiene products and other antibacterial detergents. It can also be used as a preservative and anti-mold agent for glue, paint, textile, leather, paper and other industrial fields.

1. Hospital and general medicinal use; Skin disinfection of patients before operation; Sterilization of medical equipment; Daily cleaning of equipment and hard surfaces to avoid cross-infection; PCMX can be used to produce medical antibacterial soap, foot disinfectant and general first aid supplies. It can be prepared into liquid, waterless hand sanitizer, powder, cream and lotion. PCMX can also be used as a preservative in other medicines.
2. Disinfectants and insecticides (liquid, cream and lotion) for household and daily use for skin wounds; Common disinfectants and washing disinfectants; Germicidal soap and hand sanitizer for personal hygiene; Shampoo (especially products with anti-dandruff features).
3. Industrial coating surface: as a fungicide added to the paint, suitable for humid environments; Glue and adhesive: prevent microbial decomposition, avoid producing odor, clogging filters and corroding metals, prevent product failure; Leather treatment: protection against mildew, bacterial and fungal attack (especially salted fur, vegetable leather and salted or air-dried raw hides). Finishing and finishing of textiles: preimpregnation of fibers.
