Colorless liquid. Boiling point 96ºC (1.33kPa), 57ºC (66.7Pa), relative density 1.066 (25/16ºC), refraction 1.4470, flash point 96ºC. Soluble in general organic solvents, still soluble in water.

Application Of   2-Hydroxypropyl methacrylate
The product can be copolymerized with other acrylic monomers to prepare acrylic resin containing active hydroxyl group. The two-component coating was prepared with melamine formaldehyde resin, diisocyanate and epoxy resin. The product is also used as an adhesive for synthetic textiles and as an additive for decontamination lubricants.
It can be used as active thinner and crosslinking agent in radiation curing system. It can also be used as resin crosslinking agent, plastic and rubber modifier for acrylic resin, acrylic paint, textile adhesive and decontamination lubricant additive
It can be used to produce thermosetting coatings, adhesives, fiber treatment agents and modifiers of synthetic resin copolymers.
It can also be used as one of the main cross-linked functional monomers for acrylic resins.
Mainly used as acrylic resin, acrylic paint, textile treatment agent, adhesive and decontamination lubrication additives and other main raw materials
