Product Description

Pillar transportation and storage
(1) When the pillar is transported, the pillar should be reduced to the minimum height;
(2) Use a special hydraulic prop transport vehicle, and it must be handled with care during installation and disassembly, and it is strictly forbidden to drop it;
(3) Pillars should be stored in a dry room not lower than 0ºC;
(4) For pillars that are not in use for a short period of time, the water (or emulsion) in the pillar cavity should be cleaned, the surface of the cylinder body should be
washed and dried, and the liquid inlet of the three-way valve should be blocked to prevent stolen goods from entering;
(5) The pillars stored in the groove on the working face should be erected and neatly arranged;
(6) The number of spare pillars in the well generally does not exceed 5% of the working face usage.

Replace damaged parts
Seal failure 1. Liquid leakage from the handle;
2. Liquid leakage from the base;
3. Liquid leakage from the φ42 hole on the column head;
4. Leakage from check valve or unloading port 		The Y-ring is damaged, the oil cylinder is deformed or the coating falls off;
The base φ100×3.1 O-ring is damaged;
φ42×3.5 O-ring is damaged;
Check valve, unloading valve is damaged 		Replace the Y-ring, replace the cylinder;
Replace the O-ring;
Replace with new valve or clean one-way valve, unload valve pad
