Explosion-proof FFU meets NEC requirements for Class I/Class II, Division 1 Hazardous locations Non-sparking motor, mounted in a cast-iron, explosion-proof housing Cleanroom FFU provides average velocity of 90+ FPM, airflow of 640+ CFM Internal baffling plate and diffuser panel provide quiet and uniform air flow across the filter face Minimize cleanroom service downtime with room-side-replaceable (RSR) fan filter units

Explosion Proof FFU is an FFU base with additionally an adjustable anti-explosion device. With this feature, an FFU becomes more safety ensured. This also avoids unnecessary loss caused by any potential explosive gas during FFU operation.

Explosion Proof FFUs are majorly used in between the production workshop and warehouse where explosive gas surrounding could exist. The device can be used solely or multiple series deployment for an assembly line like ISO5 per ISO14644-1

Explosion Proof FFUs are built by Stainless steel, Aluminum plate or cold roll steel plate, the product featuring light weight, corrosion proof and fancy appearance. The product is produced under FED-STND 209E, and scanned tested by MPPS.
