This item is compatible with following vehicles.

1. Project quality issues:

1) The buyer needs to provide a picture or video to prove that the product has a problem. If the picture or video cannot be seen, you need to return the product for post-processing.
2) Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process the exchange or refund. Our technicians will check every return. After inspection, if it is a manufacturing defect, you will replace or refund within 24 hours.
3) If you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our business or after-sales service. We are committed to ensuring that you receive high quality products and services.
 

2. The buyer buys the wrong item or the buyer does not need the item:

1) The return postage is borne by the buyer.
2) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
3) The buyer must contact the sales representative within 14 days after the item arrives.
4) The returned merchandise must be in the unused state with the original label and package. Any used product does not qualify for return or exchange. For any old product, depreciation will be charged (at least 20% of the project value).

3. Transport damage:

We usually use top service freight forwarders such as FedEx / DHL / Royal Mail / TNT / DPD. Please check when the package arrives. Please do not sign any damaged package. Before signing anything, it is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and check the package. If you find that the package is damaged, please immediately submit a shipping damage claim to the delivery person. Please also provide your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get compensation from the transportation company as soon as possible.

4. We shipped the wrong item

1) The returned item must be left as before.
2) The buyer must contact the sales representative within 7 days after the item arrives
3) Once we receive a return, we are responsible for providing you with a full refund or sending you the required new product.
