Product Introduction
The Gel-seal HEPA Diffuser is an ideal terminal filtration device for ISO6, 7, and 8 level, the HEPA diffuser is a key device used for the cleanroom condition of Pharmaceutical, Hygiene, Electronics, and Chemical industry.  

The GHD includes a static pressure box, a diffuser plate, an Gel-Seal HEPA filter, and a damper. The connection to the duct can be top or side. The design further enhances its airtightness and uniqueness by Gel-seal HEPA Filter produced in-house.

During the installation process, the Gel-seal is fitted with the blade around the HEPA flange to form an airtight seal, during the process of replacing the filter, the sealant will not stick to the blade of the HEPA filter box flange.

Product Characters:  
 1,Gel-seal gasket applied to ensure absolute air tightness, which perfectly avoided any potential leakage after mounting. DOP test passed guaranteed.  
2,Fitted with Twin DOP ports , one for aerosol generation, the other one for particle counting.  With this it is manageable for the user to perform DOP test while testing the pressure drop. DOP ports pipe connects to the bottom of the box to ensure aerosol generated in good distribution.
3,Twist lock mounting- easy to mount and demount the HEPA filter, which ensures no leakage after HEPA replacement.
4,Optional DOP ports adjustment available to meet various customer requirements.

Diffusion-type has a greater effect of inducing indoor air, and the air supply temperature decays quickly, but the blowing range is short; the axial-type has a small effect of inducing indoor air flow, the attenuation of air temperature and speed is slow, and the range is long; orifice plate air supply port It is an air outlet full of small holes on the flat plate, with uniform velocity distribution and fast attenuation.
