The 1530SLT sheet and tube laser cutting machine is designed with an exchange platform to realize simultaneous material loading and unloading and a semi-enclosed cover to help reduce smoke emissions and protect the environment. Besides, it can switch from sheet cutting to pipe cutting quickly in one operation without human intervention. This reduces machine downtime and improves work efficiency significantly.

Advantages

1. With an exchange worktable, the cutting machine can continue to cut material while the operator unloads finished parts and loads new material onto the other table. This reduces downtime between cuts and increases overall productivity.

2. The bed adopts a semi enclosed structure, and the observation window adopts CE-certified laser protection glass, which is safe and environmentally friendly. It is also provided with a negative pressure double-row smoke removal system to help collect, purify, and remove the smoke.

3. With anti-collision function, it can detect obstacles such as tilted workpieces in advance to avoid damage to the cutting head and ensure continuous processing. In addition, the cutting head also has an automatic focus function, which eliminates the need to stop and manually adjust when cutting plates of different thicknesses.
