Fiber laser cutting machine uses advanced fiber laser to output high energy density laser beam, and gathers on the surface of the work piece, so that the area of the work piece illuminated by the ultra-fine focus spot is instantly melted and vaporized, through the numerical control mechanical system. Automatic cutting is achieved by moving the spot illumination position.

We provide brass nozzles, protective lenses and other machine consumables at distributor prices.

2. D ouble gear rack and servo drive structure ensure the equipment  h igh speed positioning, fast dynamic response and good stability.
3 . Using Taiwan Hiwin  guide rail , high precision,  stable and durable .
4 .  Adopts brand optical fiber laser source  Raycus/JPT/IPG , high electro-optical conversion efficiency, good beam quality, high energy density, strong reliability, long life span  and maintenance-free . T he service time  is  up to  100,000 hours.
5. Auto focus function, height regulator adjusts the focus distance and controls the cutting head up and down automatically to achieve automatic perforation and cutting of plates of different thickness.
6 . It adopts  Japan Fuji servo motor, Japan Shimpo   reducer , Taiwan Hiwin guide rail  and Taiwan YYC  gear  rack   to ensure fast speed,  high stability and precision. The repeat positioning accuracy of the machine tool can be 0.02mm.
7. Strong Compatibility:   AI , DXF, PLT, Gerber,   LXD and other format files that output from CorelDraw, AutoCAD, Master Cam, Type3  etc.
