Product Description

General Description
A, B, C Type Vertical Multi-stage Condensate Extraction Pump is vertical multi-stage condensate pump with barrel is a new product based on the advanced technology which   has been introduced from Hitachi Ltd. in Japan.
It is used for handling condensate water in 100MW, 125MW (145MW), 200MW, 300MW, 600M and 1000MW power stations and pumping other liquid that is physically and   chemically similar to clear water as high suction head pump as well.

Design F eatures
There are 3 kinds types in construction for vertical condensate pump with barrel as follows:
- Type A   - Double-suction for the first stage guiding-vane type multi-stage centrifugal condensate pump.
- Type B   - Double-suction for the first stage screw guiding-vane type multi-stage centrifugal condensate 
pump.
- Type C - Double-suction for the first stage screw mixed flow type multi-stage condensate pump.
>   The pump and motor are directly connected, pump axial thrust is carried by either motor or pump itself. 

>   The shaft seal is either packing seal or mechanical seal. 

Operation Conditions
Fluid: Condensate water and pumping other liquid that is physically and   chemically similar to clear water as high suction head pump as well.
> Working Temperature Range:   0 ºC  ~ 80 ºC    
> Operating pressure:   PN 4.0  MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN 6.0 MPa .
