Located in Wuhan, we implement ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Control, ISO14001: 2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001: 2023 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The company has more than 400 acres of production land and has built six assembly line production workshops with a total of 30, 000 square meter of workshop space.
 

The company's products are AC composite long-rod insulators with rated voltages from 10kV to 1000kV and rated mechanical loads from 70kN to 550kN; DC composite long-rod insulators of rated voltages from ± 400kV to ± 1100kV and rated mechanical loads from 160kN to 1000kN; Composite line post insulators up to 550kV, substation post insulators, braced post insulators, pin insulators, cross-arm insulators, and composite insulators for electrified railways. All products are certified to international quality standards - IEC, ANSI, AS, BS, CAS, GB, and more.

1. All composite insulators are packed in weatherproof containers in order to protect the products during land, air, and sea transportation. Several different grades of packaging can be offered depending on the mode of transport and the expected storage conditions. The packaging options that we offer are
1) standard grade/prefabricated packing,
2) economical grade/cardboard carton, and
3) best grade/closed wooden crate.
Since the user best knows their crate requirements, they should select the option that is most suited to their needs and include that information in the purchasing specification. Special packaging arrangements can be accommodated upon request.

2. Each container is marked with the number of insulators it contains, the catalog number, the manufacturer's name, and any other customer requests.
