H12MDA is c olorless or light yellow transparent liquid with a slight ammonia odor (solid when the trans-trans ratio is greater than 45%), relative density   0.96g/cm3, melting point 35-45°C, boiling point 330-331°C, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as tetrahydrofuran and methanol.
 

This HMDA can be well used as a curing agent for epoxy resin and epoxy composite materials
 Applied to polyaspartic acid ester and polyamide, Chain extenders, additives for polyurethane, polyurea spray elastomers, etc
