Under the action of the spin-reduction field, the components with high density in the mixture move downward in the axial direction, move outward in the radial direction, and move down along the wall of the vessel when they reach the cone section, and are pushed out from the underflow port, thus forming a External vortex flow field: the groups with small density move toward the central axis, and form an upward-moving inner vortex at the center of the axis, which is then swept out from the overflow port, thus achieving the purpose of two-phase separation.

Limestone slurry preparation system
Mainly used for the classification of desulfurization absorbents such as limestone and carbide slag.
The limestone slurry ground by the ball mill is pumped into the cyclone, and the classification of coarse and fine particles is completed by centrifugal force in the cyclone. The coarse particles are returned to the mill for regrinding through the underflow of the cyclone, and the fine particles are sent to the limestone slurry tank through the overflow. The weight concentration of the finished slurry is 30%, and the fineness is -325 mesh (or -250 mesh) ≥ 90%.


Gypsum slurry concentration and dehydration system
It is mainly used for the pre-concentration treatment of desulfurization products in wet desulfurization processes such as limestone/gypsum method, ammonia method, double alkali method, etc., so as to facilitate further dehydration of vacuum belt conveyors, centrifuges and other equipment.
The weight concentration of the gypsum slurry discharged from the absorption tower is generally 10%-20%. After being concentrated and dehydrated by the cyclone, the underflow concentration can reach 40%-60%, and the overflow concentration is 2.5%-5%.

Industrial Wastewater System
The desulfurization wastewater with a concentration of about 5% enters the wastewater cyclone. After concentration, the overflow concentration is 0.5%-3%, and the underflow concentration is greater than 12%-15%, thus meeting the treatment requirements of the wastewater system.
