Brief introduction

Carnitine is a type of B vitamins with a structure similar to amino acids, so some people have classified it as an amino acid.

Its main function is to help transport long-chain fatty acids to provide energy.

There are three forms of artificially synthesized carnitine: left-handed, right-handed, and racemic, with the effect of L-carnitine being better.
